Specjalizujemy się w produkcji miodu leśnego, ze spadzi iglastej i liściastej oraz wielokwiatu z dziko kwitnących górzystych łąk Doliny Dunajca. Prowadzimy pasiekę leśną na 600 m. n. p. m. z dala od pestycydów, pól uprawnych i zabudowań. Nie dokarmiamy naszych pszczół cukrem jak jest w zwyczaju dużych pasiek towarowych, ale tez mniejszych pasiek nastawionych na eksploatację Pszczół i maksymalizowanie zysków. Nasze Pszczoły zimują na miodzie, który same wyprodukowały. Nie zabieramy im całego urobku dzięki czemu nie chorują. My miodu mamy dużo mniej, ale jest on pierwszej jakości. Co najważniejsze: balans w naturze jest zachowany.
